After a two painful gum grafts at two other dental offices, I had no choice but to look for third periodontist before having a third (gum) graft. Being extremely anxious I ended up at Dr Reshad's office since he is supposedly skilled at dealing with anxious patients.
At our very first meeting I sensed that everything was going to be different and better. He carefully listened to my detailed description of my previous (painful) gum graft experiences and provided a detailed explanation of all possible sedation options. He also proposed a strategy to reduce pain to a minimum.
Needless to say, my (3d) gum graft was not even comparable to the first. I barely felt a gentle tugging, else the procedure was completely painless. He talked to me frequently during the anesthesia and surgery, to put me at ease and reassure me. You have no idea of how grateful I am!! Given this experience, and also gven how kind and efficient the staff at SuttonPDA is, I will come back again for sure.

Haven't been to the dentist for quite some time and I realize now it was mostly because I have been going to the wrong place and didn't want to deal with it anymore. It's the opposite feeling at Sutton Place. It's so seamless. I got a few cavities filled and it was so well done. Didn't experience and ounce of discomfort. This office takes precautions to make you feel safe during this time of COVID. I have been here around 10 times for multiple things (cleaning, crown, fillings etc) and will continue to come here! The staff are always so caring and helpful. I love Dr.Nazeri - she's great at explaining, makes sure you're comfortable and has your best interest in mind.

I was able to get a same day appointment for and overdue cleaning. The dentist and hygienist were both courteous, professional, and rather friendly. We talked about all my travels (as a RN & otherwise), and hoping we can all get through this and do so again safely. I would definitely go back!

I didn't go to the dentist for 3-4 years because for my prior appointments at other dental offices, I found the staff to be rude and inattentive and I always waited 30 minutes to an hour after my appointment time to be let in (yeah, this is Manhattan).This office is amazingly efficient (in and out for my dental deep cleaning in less than an hour, including paying for my services). I felt very safe with their PPE procedures and equipment and I never felt pressured to take any procedures I didn't want because of cost or felt was unnecessary.Scheduling/re-scheduling appointments is super easy with text messaging/e-mails and text reminders for my appointment. Shout out to Delia, the patient coordinator, and Barsha who did my teeth cleanings. Because of them, I'm going to be better about going to the dentist more regularly.

Overall, I had a great experience! The staff was very friendly, and the dental hygienist was very communicative and managed expectations accordingly.
As for Dr. Salim, he seemed very knowledgeable. I was looking for a 2nd opinion since a previous dentist appeared to be recommending more work than was necessary & conveying a false sense of urgency. Dr. Salim was honest about which ones were necessary vs. which ones were optional or could wait. The practice has a handful of different specialties, so you can get most of your dental needs addressed without having to hop around different locations.
Can't comment on the cleaning, procedures, etc. since I haven't experienced any of those at this practice yet, but based on my first experience, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

I had work done with Dr Salim. I started with a cleaning and check up and then fillings. The administrative team is very polite, personable and welcoming. The office is clean, has a very calm vibe. My hygienist was great! Explained everything. And Dr Salim, is very nice- remembers you, has conversation laughs with you and work efficiently.I would recommend to anyone and I will be going back!

I've been a patient of Dr. Salim's for about 10 years now. He's always been professional, yet personable. Everyone at the office has always been courteous and I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. As long as I work in the city, I will continue to go to this office.

The administrative staff was both pleasant on the phone and in person. I was a new patient and they made the initial paperwork process quick and easy. I arrived around 1:40? Filled out the paperwork and was seen shortly thereafter at 2:05? 2:07? (FYI: my appointment was at 2pm). It wasn't at all crowded but a good steady flow of patients coming in and out. The place was clean, well kept and the staff was definitely professional. Would I recommend this place to a friend? Yup! Will I be back for my followup cleaning in 6 months? Yes!

Went for a cleaning and checkup. The office was small but clean and everyone in the office was extremely kind. The nurse who conducted my cleaning was extremely helpful, patient, and thorough. Dr. Salim was wonderful as well. I was so impressed with the amount of time he dedicated to me. Most doctors are in and out in a flash, but Dr. Salim took the time to explain everything to me and discuss specifics. Overall I was extremely satisfied with my visit and will be going back! I had such a great first visit with Dr. Salem. I would say it was the best dentist experience I've ever had! He was very knowledgeable and Jennifer, the hygienist, seemed very thorough. He took his time to explain and give examples of what was going on in my situation. By the time I left, everything made so much sense around the issue I was experiencing - something my previous dentist had not picked up on.
